Research & Analysis
We only use Official FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Maps. These are the maps used by lenders, insurance agents, and vendors per the NFIP rules. Historic, Current, and Preliminary.
Flood Map Amendments
FEMA Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA). We can use an elevation certificate to challenge the flood map and get a home removed from the FEMA high-risk flood zone. This removes the flood insurance requirment.
Flood Zone Disputes
Conflicting information is common. It has both sides asking- who is correct? We work to provide visual evidence and get Flood Zone Determinations overturned when necessary.
